Shipping policy

Join the Cutrer Family and BRC Ranch and shop in person with us at 243 West Milam Street, in the historic downtown square of Wharton, Texas. We are proud to offer a wide variety of products made and produced by local artisans and makers, and the joy of small town Texas goodness!

Beef Shipping Policy:
Beef items ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Orders placed after 1 p.m. CST on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday. This helps ensure your frozen box arrives during business days when you can immediately unpack and store it. 

We currently ship to United States addresses only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for questions on Rush or International Shipping options. Please allow for extra shipping time on Holiday orders.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We ship most items via USPS. A valid physical address is required. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
