This bundle / box is a quarter of a steer and will fill approximately half of an upright freezer with assorted beef cuts. There may be up to a 2-week wait timeframe to fill this order.

Our Power Packed Protein Beef category features the highest-protein beef cuts—carefully selected for customers who want strength, energy, and clean nutrition without sacrificing flavor. These lean, protein-dense cuts deliver 24–28 grams of protein per serving, making them ideal for athletes, busy families, meal preppers, and anyone focused on eating well. Raised with care and purpose, this is beef you can feel good about—powerful nutrition straight from the ranch to your table. Beef items ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays by noon. Orders placed after 1 p.m. CST on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday.
