Filet Mignon Steaks (Package of 2)
Our filet mignons are cut from the center of the finest aged Brahman beef tenderloin available. These steaks are tender, packed full of flavor, and juicy. Dare we even say... fork tender? We will let you be the judge of that. On average a 1,200 pound steer contains around 6 pounds of tenderloin. That makes these steaks a bit of a rarity, and highly sought after. These small but bold steaks will knock you out of your boots.
-Sizes average 6 oz per cut and range from 4 to 8 ounces.
-Brahman beef, aged 14 days for extra tenderness
-Grain finished with good marbling to add flavor and juiciness
-Frozen and individually packaged 2 per package for convenience and safety

Raised with care and purpose, this is beef you can feel good about—powerful nutrition straight from the ranch to your table. Beef items ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays by noon. Orders placed after 1 p.m. CST on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday.
