The Ranch Downtown is an event rental venue in Wharton, Texas located slightly off the historic Wharton square.

This event venue rental features an open concept, climate controlled room with a bar and lounge seating for 40. Includes bar serving counter, and access to a food set-up area.

Rental Details - $500 Per Event

Rental fee is $500 for 4 hours which includes setup and clean up time. Additional hours can be purchased in advance for $100 per hour.
TABC Certified Bar Staff/Attendant available for an additional fee.
Beer, wine and soft drinks must be purchased on site. No outside beverages allowed.
Outside food is allowed. Renter is expected to serve and plate their food, however we can also provide wait staff for an additional fee.
Seating includes four tound tables, seat 4 each; one bench seating areas, seat 4 each; a VIP Leather Couch Seating area, seats 6; and bar seating with 10 bar stools
Trash bags, trash cans, and trash dumpster for easy carry-out provided.
