At The Ranch Downtown, we are dedicated to fostering a strong and supportive community, and as part of this commitment, we extend an invitation to non-profit, faith-based, and civic organizations to utilize our parlor free of charge during daytime hours. Our parlor offers a welcoming and comfortable space, ideal for gatherings and discussions.
We allow complimentary use of the parlor during our regular business hours, from 10:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Reservations are required to ensure availability and proper arrangements. To book the parlor for your upcoming meeting, please visit our online reservation platform at https://calendly.com/theranchdowntown/1-hour-parlor.
Groups must pay a $20 cash deposit upon arrival. At the end of your event, this deposit will be returned provided the facility is cleaned and left as it was when you arrived with no damages.
If your group needs any extra amenities such as an attendant or catering we can give you a quote for these upgrades. We look forward to supporting your organization's endeavors and making your meeting a success in our community-oriented space.

The Ranch Downtown is Wharton's swankiest new event space rental and we'd love to host your next event. Our event space is cozy, classy, and has a great 'vibe' to make any event a success.
Interested in renting The Ranch? Here are a few tips:
- Our event rental fee is $500.
- Rental time is 4 hours which include the time required to set-up and clean-up.
- Additional hours can be purchased in advance at $100 per hour. Any time utilized past the hours purchased will be invoiced after the event.
- Beer, wine and soft drinks must be purchased on site. No outside beverages are allowed into the venue. Outside food may be brought in or catered.
