While you are probably familiar with Chorizo de San Manuel, you may not realize is the Flores family that owns this business are Brahman breeders just like the Cutrers! In fact, they use several BRC herd bulls at their ranch! Since 1975, the Flores family of San Manuel, Texas has been producing its famous chorizoand other fine products that Texans have come to love.
We love their chorizo, and since we do not produce a beef sausage, we knew the Flores family would be our first call when we opened the store for a sausage partner. Their chorizo, beef, and seasonings are favorites of ours at BRC!
